Fernando Cariello

Fernando has lived in the US since 2000 and began his consulting practice in 2004 with a focus on connecting IT companies in Brazil to US clients, while helping the development of Brazil IT, a brand name sponsored by the Brazilian government to market IT made in Brazil. He lives in Miami, which has allowed him to engage in other Latin American markets and establish a network of local agents in Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Chile and the Caribbean within the environment, aviation and airspace market segments. Fernando has signed contracts and managed multimillion dollar contracts in the region.
Fernando is active on the Brazilian Business Group in Florida, The Brazilian Diaspora Network, Vamos Falar Portugues Foundation and other online networking groups, aiming to share his experience and gain network knowledge from other people. Ava Chien

Ava has lived and worked on 3 continents: US, Asia, EU; her first career was an investment banker on Wall Street with Lehman Bros. She is fluent in Chinese, German and English and has conducted business using 7 languages. She is a graduate of Columbia University and Dartmouth College.

Doug Kyne

As Director of International Sales For SilverBack Technologies Inc., he reported directly to SilverBack Chairman and CEO, and was responsible for business development for IT and security monitoring as well as portable audit assessment. He created strategic relationships with VARs, SIs, service providers, MSPs, consultants and OEM partners, including NTT Communications, HKNet, SingNet, Logicalis, Multrix, Cara, Eirteic, Quantix,
Prior to joining SilverBack, Mr. Kyne was regional director of Asia Pacific for NetScout Systems, Inc., where he oversaw operations in Japan and Korea for VAR and systems integrator relationships. Prior to this he set up and ran the European field team for Keyfile, a New Hampshire-based document management and e-commerce company. He had previously revitalized European operations, and then Asia Pacific channel operations for PC Docs. Mr. Kyne has more than 7 years experience building his own database management software company, Recital Corporation, and was previously Country Manager responsibile for 2 of the database software majors on the 1980's, Cullinet Software Inc. and Informatics General Corporation.

Ann Revell-Pechar

While she's worked with many large corporations and small companies of significant standing, Ann has a keen understanding of the needs of the entrepreneur. Several clients, like VoIP company Teleo, have been acquired by major corporations (in this case, Microsoft). Some are now public and others have simply grown and continue to manage their privately held firms.
Ann also taught technical and professional communications at Rochester Institute of Technology, and at Villa Julie College in Maryland. Ann is Chair of the Chapter Board for the MIT Enterprise Forum of Atlanta, where she strives to make Georgia ripe for technology entrepreneurship. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the State University of New York (MIS focus), and a BA in Theatre from Seattle Pacific University.

Charles H. Warhaftig

Prior to CGI Systems, Mr. Warhaftig held executive management positions at Applied Data Research and Informatics. Mr. Warhaftig has also run his own international marketing company. Charles began his career marketing mainframe computers for RCA Corporation. He has a BS and MA in economics.

Greg Wykoff

Early in his career he became a top producing sales contributor within the laboratory industry for Dianon Systems, Inc. Educating Physicians on newly developed diagnostic testing within the Oncology field. He was promoted thru several roles in the firm capping his experience at Dianon as a Regional Sales Manager before applying his experience to the Information Technology Consulting world.
Within the Information Technology arena Mr. Wykoff developed many programs replicating his success for talent identification, training, and management from the Bio-tech arena. He has managed highly effective regions responsible for a staff of up to 600 personnel. His ability to determine key clients needs and deliver highly effective solutions has won him many awards in each of the companies he has supported.
